Welcome to our Kids Korner!  Our Youth Services are Friday Nites at 7:30pm and you are invited to come as we share the love of Jesus. Every month we will talk about problems, answers and what the Bible says......  

 B  I  B  L  E    B  U  I  L  D  E  R  S !!

I hope that everyone had a great holiday and that you got everything you wanted for Christmas.  But I hope you gave more then you received. That's what it's all about. Giving... Giving Love, and Hope, Joy and offer Peace because Jesus is the only one that can give peace to any and everybody.  We try to find a little peace and quite everyday because sometimes things come in our lives and it feel like everything is going crazy.  That's what I want to talk about this month.  Extending the peace from the Holidays of "Peace on Earth, good well towards men"  Did you ever wonder what it would be like to look into the eyes of Jesus. Well, I can say that I did.  I had a dream about Jesus coming into my room and there were angels around.  I looked into his eyes and there was just peace. When I woke up I was different and I will never forget that. In the Bible it tells a story of Jesus in a boat with his disciples.  He stepped out onto the water and was walking on the water. Well everyone was amazed.. But Peter he wanted to do just as Jesus did. So Jesus told him to come out on the water but he said that he could only look at him and not look down or at things around him. So Peter got out of the boat and started walking toward Jesus. As soon as he took his eyes off of Jesus he started to sink. He said Lord Help me! So Jesus took him by the hand and helped him. That was a great thing that was done! I don't know if I could do that but Jesus is trying to tell us in the story that if we look only at him everything will be okay.  Just like in my dream, you have to look into the eyes of Jesus. Maybe you have things going on with home, like noone understands you or having a bad time with kids in class or problems with a subject. We've all had that happen to us. But remember Jesus is there. He holds out his hand and will give you peace just like Peter.  I love you and Jesus Loves you!
